Well, Rarity seems enarmored/fascinated with Twilight’s wings, and Sunset seems to look jealous.

Although indeed, alternatelly, one could see Rarity as just confused about Twilight’s wings (although doubtfull, seeing she saw them before, and Fluttershy and Dashie also are able to sprout them - especially Rainbow Dash), and/or Sunset is unhappy Rarity is making Twilight unconfortable. (although that possibly is as she is protective of Twilight because of being in love with her).

The artist also made other RariLight, and (especially) SunsetSparkle pics (and even commisioned at least one) (more on their Tumblr page), leading me to think this ws intended as a shipping pic.
