Correction: Fluttershy is not exactly the best flyer when she is in trouble herself. Flying well takes confidence, and Shy lacks self-confidence. She can fly very well when other ponies need her and there is nopony else who can save them. Really, this scenario comes down to if Fluttershy is worried enough about Zecora to overcome her confidence issues.
Only when it’s convenient to the writer! She needs to get the hell outta Dodge!
