So far, he hasn’t been referred to as royalty; King Thorax, Prince Thorax; just Thorax, Leader of the Changeling. So, yeah, lol.
In any case, I’d hazard the commissioner simply didn’t ask Price to include him. :T

It was still a pretty BS story. Also, pretty bad to say that something as bad as what they did is excusable with just apologizing and cleaning up the mess. Wish the show would teach a lesson that some people who do truly evil things don’t deserve forgiveness. What if the bull had apologized after their arson?
I know, I know, friendship. But Celestia really should have just told them to piss off or even actually help the minotaurs given what they had done to them.
Because apologizing heals all wounds in this franchise. That and they helped repair the damage they caused.
One would think after almost 3 years you’d be over it by now.

Then why is King Aspen, a ruler who launched an attack on Canterlot and got Celestia to apologize to him there? Yaks smashed shit and declared war, sure. The deer sieged Canterlot and captured Celestia and Luna.

I don’t think that’s the case because dragons have been at least mentioned in every season. Probably just drew what he wanted.
Each species besides Luna is not as frequent. Changelings have been in four seasons.
The comics are really tied to the show right now. Something really bad will happen to thorax or Andy Price just don’t want to accept the real changelings
The yaks wouldn’t fit through the door, and the changeling is already in there.
