Don’t take it too personally. It’s just fun sometimes to put out some wacko theories. Like this one for example:
 
Celestia is mother to every Royal Gaurd, Excluding the Crystal Gaurd, Flash Sentry and that one orange furred gaurd. It would explain why the are of only two fur colors, Grey and White. And it would also explain why not one Earth Pony is among the Royal Gaurd yet, as well as why a few Alicorn Gaurds pop up in scenes. And yes, this means Shining Armor is Celestia’s son, but he’s also Twilight Velvet’s and Night Light’s son. And Yes Twilight Sparkle is his sister. Whether or not she is a daughter of Celestia….. I don’t know. But it really toys with your brain when you think about it.
 
And who’s the father of all Royal Gaurds?…… no…… idea.

Then explain to me why I’ve seen a few background pony stallions who were alicorns pop up in other places in the show. Royal guards and civilians alike. Sorry, but you added fuel to that fire.

You won’t find a male alicorn in any source even remotely related to the series - except for the fandom.  
Heck, even Big Mac had to be genderbent to become an alicorn.
