Looking back I’m surprised Garble wasn’t with his fellow dragons. This seems like something he’d enjoy (up until they made peace).
 
Or did he stay behind to guard everyone’s hoards while they fight the good fight?

I maintain Equestria means two things: A landmass called “Equestria” and the most important nation therein, ruled by ponies. Like America is a nation and a continent.
 
After all, Scorch did call his subjects “Dragons of Equestria”.
