(I’m sorry if I offend anyone in advance). Ahem I HATE RARIJACK!!! I don’t know why, but I absolutely LOATHE this pairing. Maybe I hate it because Applejack is my least favorite character of the Mane Six, I don’t know. But, I do very much ADORE RariDash and TwiRity most of all, with RariDash being my OTP at this current point in time. I also ABSOLUTELY ADORE Fluttercord (I also HATE Fluttermac, as I ship Cheerimac). I ship Fluttercord and Cheerimac like a drug addict gets his kicks from crack cocaine! Again, I don’t mean to offend anyone by saying this! This is all just MY OPINION!
 
AND I WILL GO DOWN WITH THESE SHIPS!!! No matter what ANYONE in the Brony fandom says or does, I will NEVER EVER EVER stop shipping RariDash, Fluttercord and TwiRity!!!!! I also don’t ship the following ships;AppleDash, FlutterDash, PinkieDash, Sparity, and Dislestia. Why, you ask? BECAUSE THEY’RE ALL OVERRATED AND I HATE THEM!!! Although, I will admit that FlutterDash and Sparity are cute, even though 1) I ship RariDash and TwiRity, and two 2) Sparity is PEDOPHILIA!!! AND NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ELSE IN OR NOT IN THE FANDOM SAYS, DOES, THINKS, OR ‘KNOWS’, IT IS STILL AND ALWAYS WILL BE, AND I SWEAR THIS TO GOD, PEDOPHILIA!!!!!!!!! Ahem. Again again, this is all MY OPINION. You’re all entitled to your own opinions. I’m just saying what I believe, that’s all.
 
Now then, now that that little rant is over, I would like to again apologize if I have offended anyone with my biased (or, maybe not so biased) comments.

My headcanon is that all of the main six are straight, they’ve just got this polyamorous friends-with-benefits thing going on with eachother to build up their bonds and strengthen the Elements of Harmony so they can better protect Equestria from evil.

I am now hoping that new pony in Dash’s ep will also flirt Rarity.

I respect your interpretation wholeheartedly, though I’d just like to add that a wink can indicate anything really,and just becasue a characters eyes are partially closed doesn’t really make them bedroom eyes per say. It’s still kinda being taken out of context.

There’s a thing called headcanon, people need to learn the meaning. My headcanon is that the line between Rarity and Applejack was more than friendly. People have the headcanon of Fluttermac, but I don’t go out and attack them. It’s all for fun, bottom line.

I guess what I’m saying is, the Applejack/Rarity scene was a lot more suggestive in content, or easier to interpret as more than friends just based on how it was handled (again, winking, bedroom eyes etc.). Again I’m not saying it’s anything more than platonic or that I ship it or whatever, but I think it’s a lot easier to see that way than most scenes, including the Twilight one which was much more subtle. That’s my opinion, you can think whatever you want.

You’re taking both the winking and the “bedroom eyes” out of context, and you expected Rarity to not go twinkle eyed because of a compliment from a friend?
 
I agree that the moment meant something (though nothing more than bonding between friends), but the scene with Twilight isn’t more taken out of context than this one. Rarity sang to Twi to congratulate her, and held her hoof in a friendly manner. Both scenes were in the “close friends” territory, nothing more or less.
