Cuz story, one of the only males in the show, and everyone wants his Double D’s. Also, her mother is the Princess of Love.
But… why? Why Spike? Why any swag? She’s a toddler.
It’s quite simple, really:
Flurry Heart was bored one day, and decided to explore her empire without her parents’ supervision, then suddenly stumbled upon the same Crystal Heart she broke some time after her birth, and then gave it a supercharge, where it somehow not only targeted Spike, but increased his swag a hundredfold.
“The Horde of whores?”
“…yes the Horde of whores…”
She’s sitting on the reason for her ginormous range. The Crystal Hearts spreads emotions across all Equestria, so she’s probably using it as a transmitter.

Where is Cadance anyway I wonder, if/when she does appear will she be affected too?
Personally my bets on ‘will not be affected but will join in anyway, because Spike’.
That is if Celestia and Luna don’t show up. If they do… well… at least he’ll die happy, right?
