Yeah, it would give them the opportunity to even fix the problems the games had, fix the glitches/camera, and such that critics nowadays bash them for.
 
I say keep the original corny dialogue though.

Absolutely. If they upgrade the graphics to modern standards and tweak the gameplay to make it a lot more fun to play all the playable characters(and maybe improve the story and script a bit), the Adventure games could easily be as praised and loved as they were in the past, if not more.
