I don’t know what’s going on with the tags. I’ve been using the “ts” shortcut.

Your pose work is improving significantly, good job with that. Obviously continue working on that, but I would say your biggest issue at this is your faces. I.E. you should try to work on different facial expressions and get more comfortable drawing things besides that stock smiling neutral eyed face and try to convey different emotions and such.
 
After that I would say maybe try drawing more ponies besides Twilight, but as long as you’re working on improving other things then I can’t complain that much.
 
Oh, and when you upload you should include more tags. It helps people find stuff they want to look at and filter stuff they don’t want to look at (though you’re stuff isn’t really offensive in any capacity so I doubt there are many people who would need to filter anything you draw so it’s more for the former group than the latter.
 
At the very least you should be tagging all the characters you draw, you didn’t even tag Twilight here. If you want a better idea of what tags other tags are appropriate to add then you can look at some of your older stuff and see what people have added for you.
