Well there is this idea going around  
 
which would at least fill in the gap for Granny Smith’s Husband. Maybe if we look back at the stare-off scene we could find a pear wife analogue.

You notice that we never saw Grand Pear’s wife or Granny Smith’s husband in the episode? Time for a crack head-canon:
 
When Pear Butter and Bright Mac were foals, Grand Pear lost his wife and Granny Smith lost her husband. The widower and widow discovered they were attracted to one another, but the rivalry between the two families kept them from expressing it. Unrequited love turned to anger, and finally to outright hatred.
 
Pear Butter choosing to marry Bright Mac and move in with the Apples was the final straw for Grand Pear, for he realized he’d lost everything. That’s why he cut off contact with Ponyville for all these years.
 
This also means that Grand Pear/Granny Smith shipping is perfectly plausible.

Let’s all take a moment to appreciate just how cute young Granny Smith is.
