There are a lot of people who like your spider pony design as-is, so don’t fret about changing it because one person doesn’t like it. Sorry for getting a little carried away there; that happens to me a lot.
Nah, it’s to keep him there because he hasn’t been keeping up with his ‘snuggle quota’. No clue why, because I’d totally hang with a spider that adorable.
Most of the time, spiders just creep me out, but I think this is one spiderpone I didn’t cringe away from.
In some poses it works really good in my opinion, but on this picture, I still think that the arrangement would work, if the light spots on Luna’s face were substituted with jewel-like (but I mean like with highlights and maybe even pupils…not sure if the pupils would look good, but I’d love to see one attempt at it)secondary eyes.
Ouch, lol. But I agree with you, I have a lot of eyes to fit on some admittedly limited headspace.
I just ran with the eye style Otterlore came up with for Spiderponyrarity, in all honesty. I’m not convinced I regret the decision; going the route of two pony eyes and six beady spider eyes feels a little like taking the easy way out.
Maybe with more time I’ll find a way to cram in all that eye estate in a manner more pleasing, but your comment is super good to know going forward.
Nah, I just meant that I don’t like the CouchCrusader-style spider ponies, where the other eyes are just smaller versions of the main eyes. That design is too cluttered, and the eyes just don’t look cute anymore. If you’re gonna have four or more eyes, you may as well ditch the pony eye style.

Those look like the image has been corrupted in the upload process…I’m thinking more like 3-4 pairs, different sized…like this baby:

Those little spots under her eyes could be secondary pairs…it would look good!
