Yeah, good thing Twilight is an oblivious little cinnamon roll and the princesses weren’t really paying attention.

But we’ve seen Spike’s toothbrush in the season 6 opener when Starlight caught Spike in the bathroom. It didn’t look like this.
If my friend shoved a toothbrush in my face I would give them the same look, no matter who’s it is.

I am almost 100% certain that animators aren’t able to plan out detail to this extent. I want it to be Starlight’s toothbrush, but it’s probably Spike’s. Isn’t that the face you would make if your friend shoved somebody else’s toothrbush at you?
Why the hell would Starlight put something that looks like Spike in her mouth?
