I agree, I think it can go either way. I personally wouldn’t consider it grimdark though.
Yes but we also make images that are not those things - This pic is kind of in the middle ground, I like to think it can be interpreted any way you like. The crying does makes it seem more like it is one way than another I admit.
For the most part you are right, but the artist has occasionally done full rape images before.
There was “this will end in rape” but it was removed by the uploader. Judging by the artist’s previous works though, it probably would not have. It’s mostly just tied up ponies, they don’t seem to ever implicate rape.
