Perhaps there should be a ‘minor’ tag for non explicit art of under age, humanized characters
A Derpi moderator (who removed those tags because it’s not the definition of loli/foalcon might I add)
And it’s not like this image is explicit or anything, otherwise it would be considered loli/foalcon

According to Zeb, it’s neither. :/
The character is human, not equine, that means lolicon is the appropriate tag.
Removed, replaced with foalcon.
