Never, I guess. Ponies presumably aren’t as harsh with their punishments towards other ponies as humans are towards other humans. Shit gets destroyed every once in a blue moon, and there are a couple of other felonies and involuntary crimes committed according to human Earthling standards, and nopony gives a shit.
