I know it was for lulz, but I was was hoping for some variety of ridiculous, poorly-shooped picture, possibly one that used a boat sail instead of a dinosaur sail.
No, but they could just as easily lost that. Keep in mind that it was a troll thread, I was trying to be as blatant in my bad science as possible.

I’ve even heard that some Icelandic or somewhereish ponies eat fish.
I used this in a 4chan troll thread that I made, using that and the fact that horses have a notch in their upper jaw to make the case that horses were descendants of spinosaurid dinosaurs.
Fair enough, especially the second point. Also, I’ve heard that real horses can’t throw up, which lends further credence to the “different digestive system from real horses” theory.
As a matter of fact, horses can digest meat in small amounts, or so I’m told.
Besides, these ponies eat all kinds of stuff horses normally shouldn’t, so what the hay.
I’d have to know if a horse could safely digest a steak before I bought into that.
