That particular photo appears to be the “Ice Cream Bar” in SF based on Googl eimage searching.
I feel like I should recognize that place.
I somehow doubt it’s the where I’m thinking of, though: there was a thing in Grand Rapids several years ago with a similar bar setting in one of the museums (I think it was Gerald R. Ford Museum?), and there was going to be an event within the next week that had to do with a murder mystery game or something.
