Not a Llama - Happy April Fools Day!

I also have autism and I have found a way to “weponize” to my advantage. One of the terms I use to build an emunity to the reality of me having autism (I used to try to deny it) are I’m retarded, I am not stupid.  
I try to use the word retard against myself so that when someone else uses it in a hurtful way it will not have much impact.  
What do you guys think. Is this a good mind set for me to be having?
