Very. Maybe not to much, since the artist has said Cadnce has controll of that end. Doubt it’d mean anything either way though.
Talking to the artist, Twilight is meant to be coming out of Cadance’s chest. So that might have something to do with it. Plus, who knows how much of their shared body each controlls.
