christ almighty! i wish fixing my 1948 chevy wrecker could be done in the span of a song! instead its been 2 years now and about 10 grand! and i still got a few months and a few grand more to go!

I have a ’68 Cadillac Coupe DeVille and a ’72 BMW 2002 and both came out of the desert and had no rust. I still spent about 9 years (admittedly only working on them sporadically) and about 27 grand combined getting the two of them cleaned up and roadworthy.

And these girls got the job done in like 3 minutes on that rusty, nasty bus. Apparently magic is great for vehicle restorations.
