I wouldn’t go that far. At least have the Mane Six and Royal Family prepare for Chrysalis for when she does return for her revenge so they are not caught off-guard again like with A Canterlot Wedding and To Where and Back Again.
Much more subtle than that, but yeah.

Yeah, I wouldn’t hold your breath on that.
Basically, how Chrysalis managed to pull off kidnapping the Mane Six and Royal Family without drawing any attention, and whether or not her latest plot has affected the Mane Six and Royal Family in any way psychologically since they’ve nearly lost Equestria to her twice now and know she’ll be back for a third attempt.
What questions would those be?
