what if Celestia and the others go to Sunburst’s house because he hasn’t been doing his duties, and his place is trashed and Twilight uses a spell to show what happened. Like what Discord did

I’d like to think its not a bad thing because of Sunburst’s involvement. He’s the one setting up the spell. I can’t imagine he’d be deliberately doing something foolish with magic like Starlight mind controlling others or altering the past.
Yeah, that is more plausible.
Maybe Celestia entered Starlight’s daydream and showing it to Twilight?
You don’t get it, THAT can do references to the main show all the time, but the main show will never directly address it and by direct i mean a character talking about an event of that or an on screen open portal to it.
Maybe every other Starlight hater too?
I’m sure that no one would miss Background Pony #7460…

Trying to get Glimmy back? So then…whose limbs are they planning to sacrifice?

Because the synopsis of both of those don’t back it up. The following episode is about Starlight (Somehow?) losing the friendship map and her casting a calming spell on herself (Or Twilight? The synopsis didn’t make it clear how the spell was intended for) While the EQG special, the three of them, are all different plots revolving around making back money for Camp Everfree through various hijinks.
That doesn’t mean it can’t happen. Who’s to say that the two parter isn’t them trying to get Glimmer back, and the EQG movie is her time there with Sunset?
Yeah sure, the EQG movies have always referenced the show. I mean EQG 1 had it set right after the Alicornification of Twilight. The show has only had small references to the movies thought that don’t necessarily stand out unless you’re looking for them, such as Flash’s two appearances (Which were only confined to Season 4) and a peanut butter cracker reference in the season 6 finale and that’s been about it.
Didn’t EQG 3 referenced the season 5 final, when Twi met her human counterpart?
Well for one thing precedent. All other clip from previous seasons were only of the first three episodes at best. Remember season 5 when Discovery Family kept airing the premier teaser several months into season 5?
Secondly, basic deduction. This has Celestia and Twilight, the two key players in the first episode of the season, as ghostly apperations thingies and are not being affected by the black hole, for lack of better word. So they aren’t actually present there. Which indicates a flash back or otherworldly travel to some other time. Then you have the synopsis released for the episode, which is Celestia and Twilight talking about Starlight’s future and so having the two of them appear with something showing Starlight messing up indicates that this is when that scene takes place.
@Meanlucario
Because they have to go with a decision one way or another, either keep the graduation or rescind it. I do get what you’re saying and yeah Celestia is going to not give Twilight the answers at all, this is probably some kind of “Worst case scenario” generator spell thingy Celestia has going showing Twilight one of her options if she chooses to graduate Starlight or not.
Also, why can’t it be both?
Can you give us evidence to this claim?
I think EQG 3 referenced season 5’s finale with Twilight’s final line after the credits.
I’m sold. :D
Ah right
I figured something like this
Pretty sure this Celestia showing what would happen if she leaves starlight to go by herself so early.
