Celestia isn’t a Latin word, unfortunately. The Latin word for “Sun” is “Sol”, and the closest word I can think of to Celestia would be “caelum”, meaning “sky”, but it’s more likely than not where they got it.
 
Luna, however, could be from just about ANY Romance Language (Latin included), as they all use some form of “Luna” to mean “Moon”.

I was just pointing out how it it explains that part, if you want to make a clarification then how about addressing the part where it says “celestiale” as well and not only “Celestia”.  
Or is that not Italian as well?

italian here.  
Mi Amore Cadenza would translate to “my love cadence”, even tho it should be “mia amore cadenza”. “Mi” is spanish.  
Luna is just “moon” in italian while Celestia isn’t technically an italian word.
