Here’s another thing? What if she’s not working with the storm king and is one of Celestia or Luna’s generals? I’d go more towards Luna due to her colour.
 
She is the backstabbing traitor type character who is secretly working or joins with the baddies.

Or… she just gives off that impression  
And she’s all smiles and in reality she’s a complete ruthless general and does everything the storm king says  
That is assuming she does work for the storm king as she doesn’t bare his insignia unlike Grubb.
 
What if she’s a separate villain that’s an even bigger threat than the storm king? and poses a far greater threat?
