I would probably land between Chaotic Neutral and Lawful Evil. Also I see Luna as True Neutral than Lawful Good. Also, switch Nightmare Moon with Queen Chrysalis and switch  
Zecora with Pinkie Pie and it’s a done deal.

Pinkie should be Chaotic Good instead of Zecora; Celestia and Luna should be switched; a true Chaotic Neutral hasn’t really shown up in the series yet unless you count Trixie’s reformation at the end of “Magic Duel”.

I made this back in the poonibooru days, but had revised it since, because there were a bunch of blunders in it.  
I wonder why anyone would upload this inferior version.

I just remembered that dischord sounds like professor Quadrangle from Quantum Conundrum.

I can’t really see Luna as Lawful Good. Otherwise I like it. (And I like that I see Luna, even if she’s not in the box I’d put her in.)

If Zecora is Chaotic Good, NMM is Lawful Evil, and Chrysalis is Nuetral Evil, then Bill Gates is a 7-year-old black girl with a neon-green mohawk.

How exactly did you come to that conclusion? If anything she’d probably be True Neutral seeing as how she doesn’t really get involved in the affairs of others and mostly is secludes in the middle of a forest. Hell she’s the closest analogue this show has to a druid/shaman.
 
And Pinkie would more than likely be Chaotic Good cause she’s still a nice person, just carefree.
 
The Buffalo would be Lawful Neutral seeing as how they are trying to uphold their Laws by any means necessary. Up to and including destroying a town.

I would switch NMM with Chrysalis.

Lawful Evil tightly follows a code of ethics and operation and prefers to use power structures to further its goals.
 
Chaotic Evil still wishes to forward its goals, regardless of the cost to innocents, but it distains orderly structures and resents being told what to do. It would rather tear down society than conform to it, though not all CE characters are actively trying to end civilization.  
Neutral Evil characters are those that are willing to forward their goals via the best method possible, regardless of method, ethics, or number of innocents.

By that logic, souldn’t Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis swap places? Chrysalis had a[technically good] purpose for her evil antics, where as NMM was acting out of spite with no higher purpose than her own anger.

Well, I was going to complain about the once chosen for each alignment, but those quotes are pretty good for each.

Lawful Evil has a sort of purpose or motive if you will. Chaotic evil purely exists for the shits & giggles.

Yeah, I ain’t seeing it. How is Nightmare Moon lawful? How are the buffalo neutral?
