To my knowledge she doesn’t show any attention-deficit symptoms. Sure she’s a bit hyperactive but that’s probably because she uses her own supply (… of sugar).

Having ADHD doesn’t mean one isn’t capable of concentrating, it just means it harder to.  
Both ADD and ADHD are misunderstood in this way, I have ADD and I have a frined I have known almost all my life with ADHD, we can both concentrate on things for long periods of time but it’s just harder to do without our medication and when compered to people without it.

No. She is capable of concentration for long periods of time, like when she played all those games of tic-tac-toe with Rarity. ADHD is already over-diagnosed.

She doesn’t have ADHD, she had her growth accelerated like the main character of BioShock. She’s actually around the same age as the Crusaders.
