That is correct. If you swear in an insult, or if you fill a comment saying “fuck” 10 times, then yes, that is against the rules, but those would be for rule 0 and 6. Saying “fuck this image is cute” is completely fine on a safe image. Stop worrying mate :P

Swearing is only against the rules if it becomes an insult directed at a person, or consists of sexual content above the image’s rating.
Please don’t backseat mod, especially if you do it wrong.
The mods have stated in the past many times you can swear on images despite it’s rating so long as it isn’t directed at someone in an insulting way.
well i didn’t knew that, but to be honest… who would be on here who cannot handle simple swearing?
Again, better safe than sorry. Not all the people in charge on this site are very forgiving, and I’d rather not take unnecessary risks.

Site rule #7, “comments and posts should respect ratings”. While swearing is more of a grey area in comments, it’s better to be safe than sorry.
