It might be, I’m seeing some familiarities like the style of the ears:
Mav did art of ponies of the Spanish community, like María Teresa de los Ponyos Paguetti and a character of an Argentinian movie called “Ico: el caballito valiente” (Ico, the brave little horse).
This anonymous artist did paintings of the Argentinian and Uruguayan OC, twice, I don’t think it’s coincidence.
