Well, according to Walmart, 16oz (1 lb) of lard (close substitute for fat) is $2 USD. This means 20 lbs is $40 USD. When converted to GBP, that gives us £32,36 GBP. Using a proportion, we can find that £20 GBP worth would be about 197.8 oz of lard, or 12.36 lbs.
