Pretty much what everyone else said. Rarara is just a cute nickname, added in this instance to highlight her silly behavior.

Thing is, there’s nothing really official. It’s just whatever nickname you think sounds good or that you’ve heard before. Most of the time it’s pretty obvious who you’re referring to even if they hadn’t heard the name before. Like the names I listed, anyone could (or should) be able to tell who is who without having heard them before.
I thought Pinkie’s was just Ponk.

Heh, I have never actually heard any of those used, except for Bookhorse. Unlike all of those nicknames, however, “Rarara” doesn’t actually have any meaning, apart from repeating the first two letters of her name over and over.
World’s crazy I guess. :)
