OK, the Whos aren’t that bad. They’re creepy, but not that bad.
At least he made it work in both Ace Ventura movies and the Mask.
Good thing he didn’t do Son of the Mask shudders
Yeah, it had a few good moments, though the backstory was a bit weak, with the infidelity joke not helping. Carrey is energetic, though it does work against his character at times, and the other faults get in the way for me.
Perhaps it’s due to not only Jim Carrey’s notable performance, but because they decidedly fleshed out the Grinch’s backstory whilst adding the absurd comedy seen in the movie.
The part where he wrapped up Cindy Lou was funny.
That, and the mistletoe part XDD
If you don’t mind me asking, why do people like the live-action Grinch? Even as a child, neither the live-action Doctor Seuss movies sat well with me.
