it’s a waste of brainpower. it’s just less cruel to do it to cows. we can breed them to produce a ton of milk too, but breeding humans takes a lot longer, and is looked down upon.
I’m sure you could buy human breast milk today, if the price is right. it’s just not economically feasible on a large scale.
I’m certain there are plenty of women out there willing to be sapient milk-factories should there be enough of a demand to make it a job… Also, probably plenty of men.
sure if you’re going to put armies of women into artificially extended states of pregnancy in order to get them continually producing milk. most people would rather do that to cows though.
