I can see that. But I do think that there had to be some sort of limit of how much ownership and control Hasbro/DHX can have unlike the Mane 6 and other official characters of the show.
Like in all honesty, the people who draw the art need to have boundries themselves especially if they know this is an OC.
To be sure, though the VA may be ill, the condition is not critical.
I disagree, once it appears in the show it’s canon and it can be used for personal art, you have to accept it, I’m sure part of the stuff she was required to sign on was about giving Hasbro/DHX full use of her pony form etc, she has as much right over this character as Lauren has over the mane 6, we all know she has created it yes, but it’s part of the show now.
(Now that doesn’t mean I approve people going hardcore r34 on her and even sending to her over twitter, I mean come on now, the girl’s ill and all.)

I think she’s about 13 or 14 years old. 15 at best. So yep… not legal.
Fawning over Angel Wings in such a way is one thing, and is okay in my books, but harassing the OC’s owner like that is not cool at all
Yeah, sure she appeared on the show doesn’t make it any more right. Especially when she doesn’t want people to do it.
Seriously, its still an OC. You can’t just make art like that of someone’s OC when they say no.
Like with the last MaW pony, the creator didn’t mind if people did that with his OC despite his circumstances.

jfc, Whyyy. Why would anyone think that’s okay. It’s not. Plus I think she’s underaged, so why would you say that to someone who might not even be if legal age.

I just feel so sad…this girl got her greatest wish and this is what happens afterwards.
As long as we keep it among ourselves and do not bug the VA about it.
The poor girl indeed encountered a fair number of utter pricks who outright said “hurrhurr I clopped to your OC” to her on Twitter in fairly graphic detail. Rubbing it in her face, as far as I’m concerned, is what really isn’t okay.

Regardless of what may or may not go on behind the scenes, I say let the people have the freedom do what they want.
Angel Wings certainly isn’t dying (unless you count the fact that we all die a little every day), so where’s the shame?

Exactly.
Her condition isn’t terminal.
Last I checked, she is not dying. She has her health issues, but is otherwise fine.
