No, no, no, you got it wrong! Black Goku is original goku’s body after being hijacked by Zammazu, he used his wish specifically to trade bodies with Goku, then he killed goku in his old body and all his family.
The evil Goku is a clone of the real Goku. Zamsu created him using the wish on the Dragonballs then he switched souls with the Goku clone and killed the real Goku along with the rest of the Z fighters in his own universe.
However when he tried to take over the other universe that the current Goku was on. He pissed him and Vegeta off resulting in the reveal of Super Saiyan God Vegito and Black Goku and Zamsu got killed.
I do not see because goku and vegeta already dominated the level

he’s a dude dressed as another dude that fused with another version of the first dude
It’s more like… in a parallel universe, this guy tricked a fusion with their Goku… at least…I think so. I’m not caught up with super. Now the same guy is trying to trick a fusion with Twilight.
So black goku is just an evil clone
