Which is why I said “the toy” in my comment and not “this pic”.
Actually, it is directly based upon a Guardians of Harmony toy. Which may be inspired by “Beefspike.”
Technically it sorta already happened: the toy is based off “Man Spike” seen in his imagination in the Diamond Dog episode and in the Luna dream episode.
It’s in the IDW comic. Sadly not sure if it will be an animation at all.
