Dunno about that, but any type of fetish (fat/chubby in this case) needs to at least be rated suggestive, if not involving something that warrants a higher rating. Also, anything that counts as a sexualized situation should be rated at least suggestive as well. Such as the fact that both the pony whose ass is exposed and the one who is staring at it are blushing, or that the sexual arousal from seeing it has caused him to have a nosebleed.
