That was my thought, I guess it’s the same with the pagasai, they don’t have to actively think about cloud walking or weather control, they can just fly around and naturally manipulate the clouds.
Also they seem to be pretty good at industrializing weather.
I’d consider spells things that only unicons and alicorns can do. Plant growing (of earth ponies) and flying (for pegasi) would be natural magic.
My question is, if someone listed, by name, all of the spells that could be considered canon, could they only list spells cast by unicorns and alicorns?
Or could you consider Earth ponies plant growing magic a type of spell? Or would that be like a natural ability? Like something in their genes allows plants to respond better to them?

I wonder if anyone has tried to compile a complete list of the magic spells used in FiM so far?
Science Woona cast Eels to Wheels, apparently.
(I wonder if Trixie ended up casting the reverse, Wheels to Eels, at some point of her travels. It would explain her mistrust of the things in Magic Duel…)
