It’s a single frame taken out of context. Lots of frames can appear to be very suggestive if you pause them at just the right moment. A blink during a smile, pause it mid-blink, and there you go, a “bedroom eyes” shot.

I want you to rewatch Filli Vanilli and tell me every time Fluttershy shoved her ass in the air and wiggled it around, it wasn’t done intentionally. It’s one of a dozen moments that seem intentionally done.
 
As for this frame? Maybe it’s coincidence. Maybe it’s not. We’ll never know for sure. But I’ve got news for you. In an interview back during season 2 one of the animators admitted that they occasionally played around by “putting the characters into inappropriate positions” and saving them as pictures to amuse one another in-studio. When the interviewer asked what the reaction was, he said some of the crew thought it was funny, some didn’t care, and some were very unhappy. When asked if any of those images “might ever get out” one day, he said oh no, they deleted them because of the ones who were unhappy with them (they sounded like they were higher-ups.)
 
And this was back before they realized how big the adult fanbase was. In addition to that, some of the staff have admitted looking at fan art “of all kinds”, including the porn.
 
So if you think it’s out of the realm of possibility that some of the animators are giving nods or messing with people, you don’t know animators very much.
 
I suggest you go check out some Animaniacs videos. They liberally gave the finger to the content classification board. Unless you consider jokes about fingering a male celebrity to be kid’s stuff.

Or more likely somebody is just so underfucked, that he can see something which isn’t there. Srsly, you really think they give a fuck about some cloppers? It’s just a funny frame that I captured accidentally. Maybe joke, but definitely not a nod to the deeply virgin part of the MLP audience.

I believe, in addition to flat-up suggestive stuff like this, that some of the animators occasionally do something in such a way as to encourage porn of it being made. Something that would go right over the heads of the intended audience, but they know the fans that do mature art would seize upon it and run with it. See for example: Fluttershy’s bee dance.
 
One or two things is a coincidence. But when you see suggestive stuff over and over, it starts to look intentional.

For sure. I’m just going to call it a freeze-frame bonus and try to ignore ”… and I should be sent up to my moon right this minute …” the dialogue that writes itself ”… would you like to see how extremely naughty I’ve been? The door’s open now, just follow me in…”.
