Yeah, but the sign itself could’ve meant something altogether, “no swimming” isn’t a valid tag and doesn’t count, and the title of an image doesn’t always explain the content OF said image.

I always prefer for non-English text to be translated in the description of an upload. It makes it easier for those who don’t speak Russian or any other foreign language.
