Heh yeah, I thought of that episode as well. I guess that was close enough.
Part of that sort of set-up of her wanting to take a break but can’t was in The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows, but it wasn’t so much because she was exhausted as it was she didn’t want to let out a secret.
Has there been an episode where Pinkie takes a day off? Has too much on her plate? Just wants to relax but the ponies keep hounding her for FUN which she’s normally ALWAYS down for.
Might be a cute slice-of-life episode, if there weren’t enough yet. Just a thought~

Its an actual thing haha, get some warm water spraying and massaging you while you just say there relaxing in the water.
