Funny thing is as much as I don’t like 6teen for being animated and not taking advantage of it, I do like it for that reason, it’s why I don’t mind any humanized ponies no matter what skin color they have.

Had to admit, while 6teen is sitcom-ish and the simple cutout animation didn’t push much on the animation surrealism, the main cast was pretty diverse ethnicity without falling into stereotypes.
 
Caitlin, Jen and Jude = Caucasian  
Nikki = Asian  
Jonesy = Hispanic  
Wyatt = African and Italian backgrounds
 
which says something on how some folks in this fandom bitch and moan on the humanized ponies being a certain skin color and say they don’t act “Black, Asian, Mexican”…
 
Last I saw 6teen, Wyatt doesn’t have the stereotypical trappings of the token black, if anything he and Fluttershy have the same meek, passive-aggressive personality.

6teen was hit or miss with me and there were a few gems in there, fav was when Jonesy and Nikki was dating and she had some bad gas that echoed from his bathroom. Dude freaked out when he tried to ignore the loud farting and Nikki trying to cover it up and accidentally wrecked the bathroom. So wrong, but died laughing at that.

Ya… NO, I don’t know about you guys but I hate animated sitcom that don’t take advantage of the fact that they are animated.
