Pinkie’s keeping it lit instead of rain falling on it and extinguishing it, maybe it does represent that Marble’s hope hasn’t gone out!
I think it represents Marble’s life; and the flame implies that her life is lit up by her sisters

Second question: Why the fuck are they in Hong Kong?
According to Sourcy himself, it is Marble *attempting suicide, not all her sistert. It is Pinkie, Maud and Limestone saving her from it.
*Important to note, Sourcy: It is not “committing” suicide unless death is the result. Trying to commit suicide, and by extension being stopped from doing so, is more an “attempt”, even if it is implied!

Look carefully below Limestone’s hoof in this image - A knife is laying on the ground. The implication is that Pinkie Pie is saving her sisters from turning to doing something drastic
