That’s perfectly fine, some just go with “fan,” (I’m just a casual fan/brony myself) though what I don’t understand is, the people who hate bronies, constantly rant about how evil bronies are, and such yet… Are fans of the show, collect the toys/merch’, cosplay, make fanart/fanworks, and basically do all the things bronies do. I’m amazed by how many of those kinda fans are out there. Some seem to think, because they don’t use the “label,” that makes them “superior,” or they just try to attach stigmas & negative fan stereotypes to the term.  
Ironically, they end up pissing off other fans by doing this, because they’re basically just hating people for liking the same show they do.
 
It gets worse, alot of those that demonize bronies for making lewd or vulgar fanart, have been discovered to of been making that kinda stuff themselves.

I just find the term silly. I don’t really like giving myself labels for what I’m into personally.

I’d have preferred an alternative such as Colt or Fanpony or Fancolt/filly. Partly, because Brony sounds like surfer slang, me living in Central Coast California, the thought of such makes the term weird… Or gnarly, dude, lol. Of course, since the term has been around for a while now, the Rolling Stones song. :j

Some oddly find even the term “brony” insulting. I think Fluffymixer remarked he’d rather be called a “horse f***er” then a “brony.”

Honestly, I haven’t seen that much drama or anything much from Sonic fans lately, and most of the ones I’ve known are cool people. I get kinda tired of how people think we’re all evil, or something.

Slight tangent: Really hope Sonic ‘17 has more Hideki Naganuma. I know it’s not a Generations sequel, and I don’t have any reason to think Sonic Rush will be referenced again, but, well, I just like Naganuma. lol

Nicole’s Mobian form (designed by Archie Comic writer/artist Tania Del Rio of “Manga Sabrina” fame) is quite cute. I’m glad they use it more in the comics.

MLP, Kirby and Sonic. Quite a nice combination. :D
