We all are. Why fight it?
It’s usually either body dysmorphia or codependent sympathy that feeds the fetish. Body dysmorphia also can lead to a person wanting their own limbs cut off.
May float the boat, but certainly doesn’t walk the walk! :p

I never understood the whole “amputee fetish” thing. But, whatever floats the boat, I guess…
Even though she has rear hooves, she’d first showed up in the 4th season Flim and Flam episode in this wheelcart. There was speculation that she was an amputee, but she went to the Equestria Games and her complete legs were obvious.
Nekubi, however, feeds our amputee fetish. I’ve personally put in hours merging “peg-leg” and “pegleg”, and adding the “amputee” tag to cyborgs, pirates, the dismembered and modular, the gravely wounded, and the random pony with a mechanical limb.
