the things on the hooves are likely left from the storyboard, but someone forgot to clean them out. Making it an animation mistake.
Yes, but I’m doubting between the pony on the right and the one on the left. Both sport scars. I guess Al Capony (brilliant, phat_guy) is the one on the right. I’ll check for more gangsters, like Bugsy Malone, Bugs Moran, or people of the era like Fiorello LaGuardia or Elliott Ness.
