No, but that’s looking too far into this whole thing. This is a cartoon show, and crossdressing is actually a common theme in many cartoons, usually for gags. In this case, it would be harmless fun, not a deep agenda.
Smells like an ideological war brewing :p
My only beef would be if it made him confused or uncomfortable as it often can. Gender Dysphoria is not a pleasant mental condition.
