The Rainbow Factory and Weather Factory are two separate things and the Rainbow Factory doesn’t kill foals (everypony they kill are adults).

Not really haha. The artist who drew a pic for a commission here made the B-F16 prisoner number and I thought it was kinda awesome (just like Dashie is awesome) and I wanted continuity in her uniform… ;3
