I take it you’ve never watched Hellsing: Ultimate. I highly recommend it. If you enjoy severe violence perpetrated by a psychotic Vampire, then even better. Once you do that, watch Hellsing: Abridged, the dark comedy version made by a group of fans. Some of the outright funniest material the Internet has ever given the world.
To a lesser degree, the original Hellsing anime is worth a watch, though the story suffers. The gunplay and characters are still fun.
