Seems about right. I have no clue who they are and have not liked anyone of the modern pop scene because of how lifeless the music is. if anything, this makes me have LESS faith in the film. Didn’t know that was possible.

Also, Minions and Cars 2. (Though, to be honest, Puss in Boots‘s problems had almost nothing to do with the title character, who’s probably less quirky and lulzy than almost any other major character in that franchise.) But yeah, I’ll also vouch for Finding Dory being good. Not a classic, but pretty dang close.

I never watch spinoff movies based on the quirky lulz character, they’re always crap - see Kronk’s New Groove, Shrek’s Puss in Boots, etc.

I don’t have any problem with the music of today, I only find more interesting and enjoyable the music from the 80’s or 90’s for example.
