I don’t think they’re ever going to reveal their official ages. They even kinda joked about their mysterious ages when Rarity didn’t know how old Sweetie was.

I think the show seems to imply they’re young adults actually. Rarity was even shown looking the same in a flashback when Sweetie Belle was much younger.
 
They’re only teens in the EqG human universe.

Well the mane six seem to be in their teens so if we assume cheerilee is around the same age I’d say maybe 17 or 18, now I know what you’re thinking, usercookies how can she be a teacher, well the education system might be different in equestria than on earth, ponies might be able to leave education at a younger age.

Back in Season 1, it said she grew up in what we would call the 1980s. If we assume that she gew up in the Equestria equivalent to the 1980s and the show started in the Equestria equivalent to 2010, then that would put her in her 30s at least. I guess because of two factors:  
A) being that she’s now supposed to be about Rarity’s age, so roughly early 20s, and  
B) being that the show has since been very light on real world references, probably to accomodate for the fact that nobody really ages/gets older.

I don’t know what age Cheerilee is supposed to be, but she looks incredibly young in this screenshot.
 
Perhaps the outfit reminds me of youth as well.
